Our philosophy

Our office operates in an area rich in history and local culture whose extraordinary landscapes are appreciated worldwide. Recognition of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato area as a UNESCO World Heritage site provides further motivation for those who, like us, believe that the hilly landscape of the Piedmont Region must be not only preserved but also and above all enhanced through architecture.

The architectural heritage resulting from the centuries of prevalently rural history of our hills is one of the greatest treasures of this land, together with the food and popular traditions that have made Piedmont famous the world over.

Our objective is to create buildings in this extraordinary landscape which render it, if possible, even more beautiful and, most importantly, respectful of its own traditions. By complementing traditional materials and building techniques with solutions in keeping with modern living standards and by taking into consideration energy saving, renewable sources and new technologies, we can achieve houses that are beautiful, integrated into their settings and comfortable with low management costs.
