As often happens, the renovation of this building as a bed and breakfast was followed in every aspect, from design until completion of the works.
The home had undergone significant changes in an era when it was widely believed that the farming past was something of which to be ashamed and that even rural buildings should be modernized, thereby wiping out their heritage.
The operation was therefore aimed at restoring those architectural characteristics typical of Piedmont to the building, enhancing what was left and inserting characteristic rural architectural elements.
